Heart Consciousness Women's Circle

Join us for a wonderful morning, where you can truly slow down and drop into your heart.All you will need to bring with you is a blanket, cushions to make yourself comfortable, and perhaps a note pad and pen for if you would like to journal. We will have some light refreshments for you but bring yourself a bite to eat for lunch if you wish.  We will start the morning with a meet, greet and share before we take part in a beautiful ritual to connect you with your heart space. We then move on to some gentle movement, connecting you with the Angels and grounding you before the conscious breathwork takes place. A short meditation will finish off the breathwork, so you can fall back into a calm sense of being. The meditation will be all about self love and light language will be channeled to assist your soul in opening your heart and peeling back the armour which as been layered on throughout your life, still holding on to painful memories. The crystal bowls will be played in the background throughout the meditation to allow the experience to be fully integrated with the help of these healing frequencies.We shall stop for a share and small break,  after which we will be getting creative and making a self love jar that you will take home. You will then be able to lay back as we end the circle with a beautiful and relaxing soundbath, connecting you to heart consciousness. Crystal and himalayan singing bowls, gongs and other healing sounds will be played to carry you forward.You will be in such a blissful state afterwards, finding yourself happily wanting to relax for the rest of your Sunday.If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
