My name is Kerrie Ann, I am a Spiritual Mentor/Teacher. I am trained and licensed in Analytical Holistic Hypnotherapy. I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher, Crystal Healing Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Light Language Healer and Past Life Regression Healer.

For me nature is our biggest healer and my whole perspective changed once I learnt more about connecting to Mother Earth and this is something I want to share with others. Healing comes naturally to me, it always has, creating peace, love and balance to all I connect with.

My true passion is to help you gently release your pain, shock and traumas. I have been on a spiritual awakening since 2017 and I am still learning more about myself everyday. Healing comes in layers and you can not heal everything in on go. Its like peeling a onion. When you think you have finally healed and moved on another layer will come to be cleared and removed.

Self healing mastery is a on going life joruney. With each person you connect with you may learn something from them, be triggered/hurt by them or they may stay in your life for a long time.

I am here to be honest you, healing yourself takes time, courage, strength and patience. You will have highs and lows, sometimes the lows will put you off from moving forward. This is normal, it's your subconscious kicking trying to protect you.

This is the time you have to find the inner strength and push through to move forward, otherwise you will stay trapped in the same patterns.

You will have to feel all the emotions, this is the hardest part but with someone by you side. You can learn where you are holding them in your body, ask them why they are here and threlease them.
