1st Monday of each month, I will be holding a free beginners breathwork session. Slowing down the breath, connecting with my awareness and all the subtle layers of my being, as bought more peace and calmness into my everyday life. This is why I want to share my love of breathwork with many.

About the event
Sharing my love of breathwork with you all offering a FREE breathwork session 1st Monday of each month 7pm till 8pm.
This is a simple deeply relaxing breathwork session.
You will connect with your breathing system.
Set an intention, centre into your awareness.
Then we will move into a slow deep yogic breathing, followed by slowing the breath while being guided into a meditation.
Ending the session feeling connected to a state of calm, ok'ness and gratitude.
